Rabbi Block is licensed to perform marriages both religiously and civilly. He is authorized by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Washington, D.C., and the State of Maryland.

Aside from the innumerable weddings and other religious and secular ceremonies Rabbi Block has performed in association with specific organizations, he has written and performed well over 500 ceremonies outside of those affiliations. In addition, he is willing to travel to whatever destination you choose for your special ceremony. Rabbi Block's experience and compassion make him the right choice for whatever your needs might be.
